可以提供鴻海跟友達的優、缺點嗎

鴻海的優點:
1. 大又強, 雖然不是快速成長 但畢竟還是少數在大陸排的上100強的台灣公司
2. 訓練嚴格
3. 機會多
4. 敢給高薪

鴻海的缺點:
1. 搞軍事化管理, 不適合個人特質強的員工
2. 加班多
3. 很可能叫你去大陸內陸省份工作

友達的優點:
其實友達除了對員工比較溫和之外, 沒什麼比的上鴻海

友達的缺點:
1. 面板業現在朝不保夕 很可能會被中國TCL全部給趕出市場
2. 在國內有個強大對手群創 (鴻海在國內沒有夠強的競爭對手)
