澳門賭輸2900萬賴帳　台男脫產判無效

賭場打官司主張贈與無效，陳男則辯稱，賭博在台灣是違法的，依我國《民法》規定，賭輸的人不必負清償責任，所以他在澳門因為賭博簽的本票也無效；至於房子，是妻子出資購買，借名登記在他名下。但高等法院認為，賭博在澳門是合法的，陳男在澳門欠下的賭債應依當地法令償還，而陳將名下房屋無償過戶給妻子，損害賭場債權，因此今判決該房屋的所有權移轉應塗銷。陳男可上訴。
