陸委會：一中就是中華民國

行政院大陸委員會昨〈十四〉日表示，針對十三日國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄與中共總書記習近平會晤一事表示，中華民國是主權獨立的國家，依據憲法及兩岸人民關係條例的規定，對兩岸的定位就是「一個中華民國、兩個地區」；因此，不論是所謂的「一中原則」、「一中架構」、「一中概念」，我政府對兩岸關係的立場從未改變，「一個中國」就是中華民國。

【中央社台北十四日電】總統馬英九今天說，金門已從過去的殺戮戰場，變成今天的和平之島，「兩岸關係改善，使得歷史的走向也被我們修正了」。

馬總統上午在總統府接見國際反地雷暨集束彈藥聯盟（ICBL-CMC）執行長希薇‧畢麗葛（Sylvie Brigot）等人時表示，中華民國一九七一年失去聯合國代表權後，參加許多國際活動的機會就比較少；但伊甸基金會曾以觀察員身分，參加渥太華禁雷公約簽署典禮，表現出中華民國願意變成國際社會建設性一員的用心。
