(勞資權益)員工合約問題!

事情是這樣的

兩年前剛進入一間通訊行工作 是傳統通訊行 而不是台灣大哥大或遠傳直營特約那種

剛進去一個禮拜 老闆就拿份合約給我簽 就是員工守則之類的

裡面有一點是

"離職一年內不能在從事通訊行 也不能開店"

剛進去不懂 就簽下去

兩年後的現在我離職了 而目前有打算要開通訊行 離職一個多月

想請問這種合約到底算不算合理!? 有沒有效用!?

煩請專業人士告知我 謝謝!!

若合理 被老闆告了 最重能罰到怎樣!?
