北韓拿油放人　中國漁船獲釋

中國一艘漁船日前在黃海捕魚時，遭到北韓當局以侵入領海為由扣留，16名船員全部遭到拘捕。今日最新消息指出，16名船員和船隻全部釋放，目前正返回中國。

據了解，原本北韓當局「開價」60萬人民幣(約新台幣300萬元)才會放人，經中方外交人員交涉後，北韓同意在今天放人和放船。但據船長表示，船上的儲存燃油全被北韓當局拿走。
