證所稅修正 立委不滿劉憶如批評

前財政部長劉憶如批評國民黨立委修改證所稅，國民黨立委費鴻泰說，所有的人都可以批判，劉憶如是唯一一個不能批判的人，過去劉憶如拋出第一個證所稅版本，立法院從她的版本開始，做痛苦的修改，現在立法院考量各界意見，朝合理角度去修正。

國民黨立委曾巨威說，最新的修改版本，是以過去三讀的證所稅作為基礎，好壞不論，至少這次財政部和立法院充分溝通，往前邁進，並非回到原點，讓社會在重溫一次過去的衝擊，全部從頭來過。
