總統馬英九今天上午出席浴佛節活動，致詞時提及菲國殺我漁民洪石城，死者妻子面對突如其來的惡耗，無疑是最傷心的母親節，他帶頭讀秒，「1、2、3…」現場與會者起立默哀10秒。

菲律賓公務船9日掃射我屏東「廣大興28號」漁船，洪石成中彈慘死，馬英九昨晚召集國安高層會議，在會中對菲國下最後通牒，要求從今晨零時起，72小時內向中華民國政府正式道歉、賠償損失、盡速徹查事實嚴懲兇手、盡速啟動台菲漁業協議談判。
