【陳郁仁、劉邠如／綜合報導】總統馬英九早上到國立台灣戲曲學院與青年對談，總統詢問學生要如何讓傳統戲曲受到更多人重視，有學生說為了宣傳畢業公演，要穿戲服到西門町進行「快閃」活動，吸引大家注意。馬總統回：「快閃一下就走了，滿可惜的，應該多待一會兒嘛」，讓場面有些小冷。

面對總統讓人尷尬的回話，學生只好笑稱「因為我們不是街頭藝人，但是我們會多繞幾圈…」這時馬總統又接話：「沒關係我跟警察局講，讓你們申請集會遊行…」，台下學生報以熱烈掌聲，未料總統這時再自己接話「不過喔，戶外的民俗活動，不需要申請」，讓場面又瞬間降溫。

而後馬總統贈送與他對談的學生紀念品時，先裝神秘說這份禮物很特別，然後又耍冷學魔術師說：「1、2、3！咻！」從裝著國旗圍巾的盒子裡抽出圍巾，圍到學生脖子上，誇張的肢體表現，又讓全場一陣哄堂大笑。
