男偷靶場鐵架資源回收　獲緩起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市61歲林姓男子，到中山區1處室外警用靶場內，拾取3個不鏽鋼置物架，途中被警方發現，林男表示，他靠資源回收為生，辯稱靶場內沒有人，都是雜草，他以為置物架是沒人要的，由於林男曾偷取舊營區鐵門，竊盜罪成立，檢方體念林男只是一時失慮，予以1年緩起訴處分，但需接受3小時法治教育。
