【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】拓也哥的「高速吸引」和「深喉嚨緊縮」已經深植人心，不過拓也哥是在對別人「辦事」的時候，發揮這項技巧，但在這個地球上，有不少人已經嘗試超越拓也哥，追求「自吸」(autofellatio)的技巧。

所謂「自吸」就是自我口交，意即自己彎下腰，為自己的陰莖「吹氣」。由於這種功夫的困難度相當高，科學家金賽博士(Alfred Kinsey，1854~1956)就表示，雖然有很多人嘗試自我口交，但因為人類的遲鈍的脊椎，讓自吸的成功率降低，因此他估計每1000名男性當中，只有2~3個人可以發揮這項超高本領。

曾有精神病學者卡維納(Jesse Cavenar)等人記錄過一項案例，指有一名22歲士兵從12歲開始就嘗試自我口交，但他對「只能觸及自己的龜頭感到十分氣憤，希望能含吮更多部位」。
