住院開刀自備毒品止痛　毒蟲送辦

【吳詠平╱桃園報導】新竹曾姓男子(51歲)昨日因脊椎開刀到醫院急診，轉診到桃園開刀時，醫院在他身上發現幾包不明粉末疑似毒品，桃園警方獲報前往察看，確認是毒品海洛因及安非他命。

曾嫌有吸毒前科坦承毒品是他的，但辯稱之前醫院開的止痛藥沒用，買毒品是為了止痛，警方偵訊後以毒品罪嫌函送法辦。
