公車刷卡無效　惡司機關門害翁摔30公分傷

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名王姓公車司機，昨天下午5時許，路經新豐街載客，1名約50多歲老翁上車後，吃力的地拖著身體上車後，拿卡扣費竟無效，試了3次老翁無奈要下車，在旁乘客衝上前說 「沒關係阿伯我幫你出錢！」司機逕自關門開車害老翁摔車。
 
民眾下車發現老翁，左大腿有30公分撕裂傷，皮開肉綻深可見骨，不斷哀嚎說 「好痛呀！」民眾趕緊通報消防局，警消人員到場後，對老翁進行簡易包紮送醫治療，方正在調查詳細的肇事原因。該目擊民眾氣得網路PO文，揭發王男惡劣行為。
