被關忍不住菸癮　囚犯偷監所管理員香菸

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名47歲賴姓男子，因毒品、竊盜罪入獄服刑，今年8月2日上午10時許，賴男見該時段監獄管理員，將2支香菸放置桌腳邊的罐子旁，趁管理員不注意，賴男將菸偷走放在眼鏡盒裡，遭管理員發現後通報監獄長。經查賴男坦承不諱，直說「忍不住菸癮，想呼吸！」，日前檢方依竊盜罪起訴賴男。
