【郭妤／綜合報導】梁詠琪（GiGi）和西班牙籍老公Sergio結婚2年，昨是Sergio的38歲生日，GiGi利用老公上班的午休時間，突襲辦公室為他慶生，她在微博分享「他（Sergio）常常叫我『Queen of Surprise（驚喜之后）』，因為我最愛給他驚喜」，並宣告這次行動成功，還附上Sergio看到蛋糕面露驚喜表情的照片。

許多粉絲羨慕「好浪漫」，也紛紛獻上生日祝福，還問：「Sergio是不是感動到哭啦？」
