陸軍航特空訓中心心輔講座　強化官兵正向思考能量

（軍聞社記者郭家良臺北三日電）陸軍航空特戰指揮部空降訓練中心為提昇官兵、同仁心理衛生工作知能，今天特別辦理心輔研習講座，藉此強化官兵正向思考能力，進而建立健康愉悅的柳營工作環境。

　此次研習邀請屏東靈糧堂牧師周素蓮，以「與刺蝟共舞的人生」為題進行演講，透過人際關係自我檢視及生命故事分享等方式，使與會的官兵們對人際關係經營與珍惜生命等議題有更深入的體會。

課程中，也安排心情分享和分組團康活動，提供許多適當排解心緒的方法與建議，使與會官兵獲益良多，也讓他們更加認識自己，同時也瞭解彼此。

　空訓中心指揮官駱上校表示，藉由心輔研習，積極鼓勵官兵同仁遇到挫折時，應以正向思考，坦然面對問題，同時期許各級幹部應加強危安徵候的察覺與防範，勤走勤看，關心同仁、主動協處疑難，即時解決問題，進而營造互助、互信、互愛的優質團隊。
