坐輪椅放風箏 　身障者迎風享受陽光

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】在豔陽底下，放風箏是一般人戶外活動，對脊髓損傷者卻是奢侈，也讓他們望之卻步。為了鼓勵脊髓損傷走出戶外，新竹市脊髓損傷者協會及新生命公司，今午舉辦了脊髓損者坐輪椅放風箏活動，數十名脊髓損傷者齊聚南寮魚港大草坪一起放風箏，展現身障者殘而不廢，樂觀健康的生命活力。

參與活動的林小姐說，脊髓受傷者很多都是行動不便者，有些人自卑足不出戶，但因這項活動讓大家出來，可以曬太陽吹風，觸大自然，享受生命的美好，展現身障者強韌的生命力。
