尼爾森：大陸城鎮化有助挖掘農村消費潛力

新華網報導，全球著名市場研究、資訊分析機構尼爾森表示，大陸城鎮化除了意味著城鎮人口向城市轉移外，更重要的是充分挖掘大陸農村的巨大消費市場和潛力。

尼爾森大中華區總裁嚴旋表示，大陸的城鎮化目前正在加速進行中，這不僅帶來人口遷移，還有產業支撐、人居環境和社會保障等方面的變化。隨著發展機遇的增加和收入水平的提高，預計到2020年，大陸城鎮人口將達到60%，這對投資導向產生了巨大影響。

據尼爾森統計，2012年各大零售企業在大陸共開新店181家，其中60%以上在二線城市以下的低線城市。去年，大陸農村居民人均可支配收入增加了10.7%，而將來，大陸農村的消費者將在經濟轉型過程中起到更重要的作用，並為生產商和零售商創造大約5000億美元的新興消費市場。

尼爾森認為，擴大農村內需是大陸進一步加大轉變經濟增長方式的戰略舉措之一。對於企業而言，適時推出擴大農村消費的新舉措，才能進一步挖掘農村巨大的市場潛力，搭上大陸城鎮化的順風車。
