成長動能疲弱 韓7月工業生產下滑

因國內外經濟情勢嚴峻，南韓7月工業生產較前月小幅萎縮，中止6月時短暫的擴張態勢，凸顯成長動能依然疲弱。

南韓統計局30日公布，衡量礦業、製造業、天然氣與電子業生產的7月工業生產經季節調整後月比萎縮0.1%，遠不如經濟學家預估的成長0.4%與6月的0.6%增幅。年比則成長0.9%，也不如經濟學家預估的成長1%。

南韓統計局表示：「儘管半導體、零件與食品產業生產增加，但汽車與機械設備的生產下滑，導致整體製造業生產萎縮0.2%。」

南韓製造業的平均設備運轉率7月時也降至74.2%，為一年來最低水準。統計局官員指出，運轉率下滑的部分原因是現代汽車等車廠的罷工事件所致。

企業支出也下滑，尤其是設備投資較前月下滑2.5%，不如6月時6.7%的增幅，主要受機械與運輸設備投資減少影響。

市場憂心南韓經濟正面臨國內外嚴峻的市場情勢夾擊，削弱快速復甦的展望。
