過河拆橋最佳典範？ 《Instagram》要求其他第三方合作軟體修改名稱！

　　知名社群拍照軟體《Instagram》，自從在行動平台上交出亮麗的成績單、吸引 Facebook 收購後，透過臉書背後強大的人氣，又提升到另外一個超高人氣的境界，只是這樣的成長，為了維護自己的商標，讓他們似乎開始轉頭對一些合作的 App 開刀。


感覺被 Facebook 收購之後，《Instagram》變了不少


　　《Instagram》因為受到歡迎，在初期就訂定了允許第三方程式支援的政策，讓這些程式補足或者是添加一些功能，透過這些程式的支援，其實也間接地提升了許多《Instagram》本身的會員數。但是根據國外媒體報導，《Instagram》在此時修改了第三方程式合作政策，要求這些軟體除了 LOGO 設計不能與《Instagram》雷同外，也要求軟體名稱不得有「Insta」、「Gram」等字樣、也不能看上去或唸起來很像《Instagram》。


看到左上角的彩虹 LOGO了 嗎？這也是被禁止的原因，因為原廠 LOGO 有彩虹


　　目前已知《Luxogram》已經收到來自《Instagram》官方的信件，並且被要求在 48 小時內回覆信件提出要如何回應，每個月超過 100 萬會員使用的《Luxogram》官方也表示，他們無法滿足《Instagram》的要求，很有可能停止《Luxogram》的服務。
