北市公寓成交季減12.4%

台灣房屋智庫根據實價登錄網統計北市公寓今年上半年的成交件數及價格，發現北市公寓第二季比第一季整體交易萎縮12.4%，12個行政區僅有北投與南港正成長，其餘皆呈現下滑，不過價格仍持續上揚，以大安區及士林區增幅最大，分別有9.8%及7%。

台灣房屋智庫市場經理劉志雄表示，奢侈稅後自住族群成為購屋主流，他們相對理性，尋覓物件時，會衡量房價自己是否負擔的起，使得近年來房市走「總價時代」，單價貴一點也無妨，這也是公寓或套房單價會節節升高的原因。
