朱立倫：雨量風勢符合停班課標準

輕度颱風潭美逼近台灣，氣象局指出潭美颱風暴風圈今(21)日中午就會接觸台灣陸地，各地的風雨也會明顯加大；新北市長朱立倫今日表示，市府團隊已經對所有的抽水站、排水設施或水門，都做好萬全的準備，並準備3萬6千多個沙包因應、撤離540位低窪地區的民眾。

朱立倫今日上午9點親自主持潭美颱風的工作會報，並與總統馬英九進行視訊的連線後，隨即趕往新莊區的塔寮坑溪抽水站視察；外界也好奇北北基宣布停班停課時機點的考量？朱立倫強調，由於下午的風雨非常明顯會增強，與其今日早上再來決定，不如就做一個完整的考量，斷然在昨晚10點宣布停班停課的決定。

朱立倫解釋，昨（20）日經過非常深入的討論，包括中央氣象局以及市府氣象團隊提供的資料，認為今日整天的全日雨量，預估平地在300至400公釐左右，整個山地地區一定會超過500公釐以上，這已經符合停班停課的標準；此外，今日下午後的風力會逐漸加強，陣風達11級以上，也符合停班停課的標準，基於這樣的考量後，所以北北基才在昨（20）日晚上10點宣布停班停課。

朱立倫指出，氣象團隊預估今日上午10點多可能就會開始降下豪雨，加上雙北的幅員大，尤其昨日在林口、淡水、八里都已經降下非常多的雨量，市府不能只看都會地區，整個上班族群可能來自林口、淡水或沿海地區、山區，必須考慮大家的安全。
