傳簡訊「妳老公看到妳會倒陽」　沒犯法不起訴

【呂志明／台北報導】37歲的林姓女子，遭到已婚的周姓女子指控，從去年10月間到今年2月間，多次打電話，接通後故意不出聲或大聲咆哮，甚至謾罵「妳老公看到妳會到陽」、「妳才是第三者」，涉犯強制罪。

林女到案後辯稱，她沒有打電話，以不出聲或大聲咆哮等騷擾方式，迫使對方接電話，僅曾經因為情緒不穩定，用手機傳送簡訊給對方。

檢察官調查認為，由於周女所提到多次撥打電話騷擾一事，並無法提出任何可供調查的證據佐證，至於傳送簡訊的內容，雖然足以讓人心生不快，但未涉及不法，因此處分不起訴。
