狗咬人遭安樂死　狗主人仍挨告

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名賣包子的許姓婦人（50歲）好心收養流浪狗，7月21日晚間，流浪狗在新興區住家大樓樓梯間，衝撞咬傷謝姓女鄰居（46歲）的臀部，謝女當場痛到失聲尖叫。
 
住在大樓5樓的范姓（50歲）女鄰居事後幫忙將謝女送醫，謝女為了給對方教訓，堅持提告。許女到案表示，隔天就將流浪狗安樂死，願賠償醫藥費用及損失，但因謝女不願撤告，警方今天依過失傷害罪嫌送辦法辦。
