早睡早起恐身體差 夜貓族易變胖

【綜合報導】「早睡早起身體好」恐怕要改寫了,由英國和澳洲的研究人員合作的研究顯示,早睡早起的人,容易比夜貓子出現疲倦感,罹患癌症的機會也較大,但夜貓族比早起族則更容易變胖、憂鬱以及記憶衰退。

該研究針對200人進行調查,報告指出,人體內的生理時鐘,取決於一種叫Period-3的遺傳基因,愛早睡早起的人,Period-3基因較夜貓子長,會較早出現睡眠壓力,容易疲倦,需要早點休息。而長時間在光線下生活,導致體內缺乏有助防範癌症的退黑素荷爾蒙,患上乳癌或結腸癌的風險相對較高,專家建議這類人盡量保持睡眠空間黑暗,提升退黑素的分泌。

反觀夜貓子少吃早餐,都要等到午餐才會多吃,沒注意的話就容易吃過頭,宵夜更是致肥原兇。另外,夜貓族容易因為睡眠不足而出現憂鬱同記憶衰退。而澳洲先前也有研究指出,不少夜貓族貪圖晚間生活多姿多彩,愛趁黑夜暪著伴侶「偷吃」找小三。
