連3周1輪遊　謝淑薇遭縮胸女逆轉

【王毓健／綜合報導】網球年度最後大滿貫美國公開賽(U.S. Open)26日開打，美網前最大賽會西南公開賽(Western & Southern Open)在辛辛那提登場，臺灣唯一會內單打代表謝淑薇，在女單首輪先盛後衰，以7比6(5)、1比6、2比6不敵羅馬尼亞「縮胸女將」哈蕾普(Simona Halep)，連3周單打首輪出局。
 
謝淑薇自承6月在伯明罕女網賽因亂練體能拉傷大腿後，訓練都很小心，美洲賽事以恢復體能為主，重點擺在美網後亞洲賽事。她賽後不改搞笑本色，說：「今天表現不盡理想，但是教練還是覺得很滿意(驚)？教練教練，您還好嗎？好吧，既然教練覺得沒甚麼不好，我也沒甚麼好不好。」
