因應疫情 高雄關成立防疫物資單一窗口

配合政府防疫工作，高雄關已在各通關單位設置防疫物資（疫苗）進口單一窗口，提供相關通關諮詢與服務。

高雄關指出，依關稅法第49條及同法施行細則規定，政府機關自行進口或受贈防疫用藥品或醫療器材，以及政府機關為緊急救難自行進口或受贈的器材與物品，經中央主管機關證明係屬防疫之用者，可免徵進口關稅。

企業或個人捐贈政府機關作為防疫之用，得向海關具結以該受贈政府機關名義先行辦理報關，依規定免稅進口，並在貨物放行之日起二個月內補送受贈機關確已接收贈品證明文件，供海關查核無訛後銷案。
