洪仲丘枉死　軍方擬國賠1億元「善了」

【綜合報導】陸軍第六軍團542旅義務役下士洪仲丘枉死案，案情至今未水落石出，傳出軍方打算比照江國慶案，賠洪家1億元。

《自由時報》報導，軍方決定將洪案從撫卹提高至國賠，初估金額約1億元，只要軍事法院判定，洪仲丘是幹部違法行為致死，軍方將協助洪家提出國家賠償，並向加害者求償。對此民進黨立委蔡其昌怒批國防部只是一心想結案，且質疑為何用人民血汗錢來買單國賠？
