拍16歲少女性愛照　判10月賠10萬

【丁牧群／台北報導】30多歲張姓男子，2009年把剛滿16歲的女網友約到家裡作愛，並拍攝16張口交、性愛裸照，事後該名少女報警。張男辯稱少女平常就有自拍習慣，且當天是少女要求，他才拍下性愛照。
 
但高等法院審理認定，張男明知少女未成年，仍拍下猥褻照，不論是不是少女主動要求，他都觸犯《刑法》「拍攝未滿18歲之人猥褻物」罪，去年將他判刑10月，得易科罰金30萬元；民事部分，高院今判決張男需賠償少女10萬元確定。
