防蚊液加防晒乳 竟然中毒昏迷

天氣氣溫越來越高，許多人出門都會抹些防曬乳，但高溫也不免有蚊蟲困擾，因此防蚊液使用機率也相當高，但就有民眾同時塗抹了兩者之後，突然昏厥失去意識，接著手臂、大腿出現紅腫。醫師提醒，防曬乳和防蚊液交互作用，會讓驅蚊成分「敵避」暴增3倍量，滲入皮膚會讓人昏迷，甚至神經中毒。

很多人外出會塗防曬乳，又擔心被蚊蟲叮咬，因此多塗一層防蚊液，卻有人因此昏迷，接著手背和大腿都出現紅腫現象，

醫師表示，防蚊液中則有驅蚊常見的化學成分「敵避」(DEET)，有神經麻痺作用，在安全範圍內使用可以防蚊，但防曬乳多含有「二苯甲酮」，兩者交互作用會讓敵避劑量暴增3倍，滲入到皮膚裡反而讓人昏迷，甚至神經中毒。

醫師就提醒，擦防曬乳後，盡量別再噴灑防蚊液，假如非不得已要一起使用，盡量間隔30分鐘以上，以免中毒。
