公懲會決議 公務員酒駕可撤職

〔自由時報記者項程鎮／台北報導〕近來酒駕問題嚴重，司法院公務員懲戒委員會前天開會討論後決定，未來將視個案情節輕重，加重公務員酒駕懲戒標準，最重可撤職。

以往多記過了事

與會的公懲委員指出，以往公務員酒駕多記過一次或兩次了事，與會的公懲委員大多認為僅記過處分太輕，主張以後遇到公務員酒駕懲戒案不能輕饒，甚至可能丟掉飯碗。

司法院公務員懲戒委員會委員長謝文定表示，依公務員懲戒法規定，公務員懲戒處分從重到輕分別為：撤職、休職、降級、減俸、記過、申誡，未來審理酒駕懲戒案一定會比以前更重。

酒駕新法上路後，被查出酒駕的公務員不少，媒體披露將移送公懲會懲戒的案例，包括前林務局台東成功站主任王專吉、前北市新湖國小校長連德盛、前花蓮高分院法警長黃冠文等人。

公懲會表示，尚未收到相關移送的卷證資料，等資料到齊後會盡快開會做出懲戒決議。
