請問如何做可以拿回欠款??

有一女欠款數萬元拖欠多年不還
近日此人將郵局戶頭借給一男子使用
此男子每月薪資匯入女子戶頭四萬(男子因欠債百萬被告所以不敢用自己的戶頭)
請問我可以以女子戶頭有錢為由
拿回欠我的錢嗎?

如果可以拿回
該如何跑法律程序才能領回錢呢?
(向女子要錢一定不可能還我,說她沒錢看我能如何,所以想走法律途徑解決)

若要每個月扣住已入戶頭的匯款
該如何做?
