首屆來台陸生畢業 求職大考驗

2年前，首批來台進入各大專院校就讀的陸生，現在共有173位學生畢業，不過陸生拿著台灣的學歷，真的好找工作嗎？這也是他們的疑問，立法委員陳學聖表示，將盡力從旁協助，希望未來，兩岸間學生人才交流，能夠更加頻繁，達到雙贏的局面。

秉持著對兩岸文化交流，有著高度興趣的這些陸生畢業了，不過隨之而來的就是找工作問題，到底拿著台灣的學歷工作好找嗎，立委擔心如果這173位，越洋來台就讀的陸生就業不順利，將影響到兩岸人才、學生交流情況。

不過現在不論是對岸還是國內企業家，可已經朝這批陸生中找人才啦，好不容易從研究所畢業了，擁有在台學習的經驗，是不是真的具有優勢，有人有信心有些人則沒信心，首批來台就讀研究所的陸生，他們未來的出路，也牽繫著未來兩岸人才培育的發展。
