11票對1票 監院彈劾林益世

（中央社記者葉素萍台北11日電）監察院今天以11票對1票，通過監委周陽山、李復甸提案，彈劾前行政院秘書長林益世；提案監委下午2時30分召開記者會。

監察院彈劾案由指出，林益世任職期間，假借權力，圖本身利益，而且沒有依法據實申報財產，有違公務員應誠實清廉、保持品格的義務。林益世違法失職事證明確，情節重大，因此依法彈劾。

監察院彈劾案審查會今天共12位監委出席，以11票成立、1票不成立，壓倒性通過彈劾案，並將林益世移送公務員懲戒委員會。1020611
