海基會今（10）日宣布，根據兩會所達成共識，雙方確定在本周五（14日）舉行第九次會談（林陳一會）前的預備性磋商，屆時將確定會談日期、地點、議程等相關事宜。

海基會表示，海協會協商代表團，將於14日中午抵達台北，下午於海基會大樓舉行預備性磋商，15日上午返回大陸。至於我方代表團，則由海基會秘書長高孔廉率陸委會、經濟部及海基會等官員出席。

屆時，高孔廉將與海協會常務副會長鄭立中進行預備性磋商，除了確定時程，也會就「兩岸服務貿易協議」的文本作最後階段確認。

按照往例，預備性磋商約在正式會談前7至10天舉行，以往會談都選擇避開假日（避免抗議），加上先前傳出林陳會預估在月底登場，因此可以推估，兩會第9次會談應該會落在24日至27日左右，地點則確定在大陸地區。
