雅思考試的內容和準備方向?

我是護理人員,看朋友已經在準備去澳洲了,思考了許久,我決定也要朝著這方向努力,只是我的英文真的滿普通的,聽說要準備雅思的考試,我真的甚麼都不適很清楚,可以請大家給我一些清楚的建議嗎?感謝感謝~
