北京6月起領身分證　需登記指紋

中國北京市自6月1日起，凡首次申請、換領或補領居民身分證的公民，必須採集指紋資訊。
 
「中央社」報導，北京警方表示，居民身分證中登記的指紋資訊，是數位化的指紋特徵點，無法被還原成指紋圖像，能夠有效保護公民的指紋資訊安全。
 
北京警方已自1月1日起先在燕山、亦莊開發區等2個地區進行試點，目前已受理登記指紋資訊身分證2000餘件。
 
我《戶籍法》1997年全文修正第8條明定，請領身分證「應捺指紋並錄存」，但引發侵犯人權爭議，司法院大法官於2005年做出解釋，認定按捺指紋的規定違憲、失效。
