耍賴不知道沒用　沒安全證明6月起通通罰

毒澱粉3天全台大掃蕩，小吃店、攤商等抱怨黑心上游害死下游，指3天要出具安全證明時間太趕，衛生署不接受這種說法，區管中心主任潘志寬指，已要求澱粉原料商、製造商等上游要自主管理，主動通知下游業者並提供安全證明，6/1起全面開罰，業者說不清楚、不知道一樣要罰，沒有寬限期。

若下游攤商、小吃店等真的趕不及在6/1前出具安全證明，可先請進貨的上游業者提供切結書，比照美牛作法，例如：「本店使用之肉羹或肉圓不含順丁烯二酸酐化製澱粉」，就可免罰。
