變壓器結線

我有一個變壓器 3相3線380V 變 三相四線380/220V的

因為N相中性點偏移造成RST電壓偏移

現在要二次側N相接地來穩定電壓。

請問 我的二次側是從變壓器內N相銅排直接拉電線到變壓器內的接地點就可以嗎?

是否可以從二次側配電盤內N相與G接地銅排直接短接就可以呢?

還是要從一次配電盤拉接地線到變壓器的N相???
