我要買房子，我該請我朋友幫忙當秘密客嗎?

最近在看房子，價格都在我預估可以接受的範圍內，但是身邊有一個朋友建議要我多找幾組人去問房價，東套西套說不定會有意想不到的低價，我應該試試嗎?我又擔心因為太多人去詢價，造成假性的熱銷，反而變貴，會嗎?
