首例酒駕抽血男 檢複訊後請回

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北19日電）謝姓男子今天凌晨酒駕遭警方攔檢，卻因「吹不出來」拒絕酒測遭強制抽血檢驗，酒測值達0.56。台北地檢署複訊後，將他請回。

媒體報導，這起案件是警方近日酒測大執法以來，全國第1件拒絕酒測、被強制抽血的案件。

37歲的謝姓男子是藝人經紀人，他今天凌晨在台北市東區敦化南路遭警方攔檢，但卻拒絕酒測，警方報請檢察官核發檢定許可書後，將謝男送醫抽血，驗出酒測值達0.56毫克，將他依公共危險罪移送檢方偵辦。

檢方偵訊時，謝男辯稱自己不是拒絕酒測，而是「吹不出來」，並坦承自己酒駕，檢方訊後將他請回。1020619
