政府監聽 美國民權聯盟狀告法院

（路透紐約11日電）美美國民權聯盟（ACLU）今天控告美國政府高階官員，以挑戰國家安全局（NSA）的電話監聽計畫，認為這項計畫違背憲法，侵犯言論自由及隱私權。

這項訴訟要求法庭立即停止國家安全局的大規模電話追蹤計畫，宣布這項計畫違法，並命令美國政府清除所有通聯紀錄資料庫。 這起向紐約南區美國聯邦地區法院提出的訴訟，將國家情報總監克萊佩（James Clapper），以及國家安全局、國防部、司法部和聯邦調查局（FBI）的首長列為被告。 美國民權聯盟表示，「從美國境內的每一通電話，以及從美國撥出或打到美國的每一通電話蒐集資訊」，侵犯美國憲法第一修正案的言論自由權利，以及第四修正案的隱私權利。中央社（翻譯）
