我想學石鍋拌飯，當學徒請大家給我個方下

我想去學石鍋拌飯。我想當學徒，我的地點 想要在台南市學習就好
可是我完全沒經驗我不知道想要從哪裡找起，可以給我個方向嗎?
我不是想要打工，我不是想要純粹為了賺錢工作，我想把技術學起來
有人可以給我個方向，該如何找起嗎?我想要學石鍋拌飯，還有醃泡菜，
可以請有經驗的人，告訴我如何開始去找店面當學徒嗎?
我會認真學習的，請大家給我個方向，謝謝大家。
