美能量凝膠 防腐劑過量遭退運

（中央社記者龍瑞雲台北12日電）衛生署食品藥物管理局今天表示，邊境檢驗抽查發現美國出口能量凝膠的12種口味，防腐劑含量不符規定，退運1155.04公斤。

國內進口商自美國進口的GU品牌能量凝膠，包括原味、莓果、濃縮咖啡、黑莓、柑橘、巧克力、藍莓、草莓香蕉、檸檬、薄菏巧克力、香草、花生奶油等口味的能量凝膠，在邊境檢驗時因不符規定被退運。

食藥局區管中心主任潘志寬表示，這批能量凝膠因防腐劑「苯甲酸」及「己二烯酸」不符台灣規定而被退運，過去是採以5%邊境抽驗，在此次驗出防腐劑不符規定後，未來將抽驗提高到20%。

在藍莓口味的能量凝膠中，還檢出「ORNITHINE α–KETOGLUTARATE」，潘志寬說，這個成分還沒有經過安全評估確認其食用安全性，因此不得使用。

業者過去曾檢驗有合格經驗，而在邊境採行5%抽驗，潘志寬提醒國內業者，應對產品自主管理，將市售產品拿去實驗室檢驗，是否也有防腐劑不符規定。1020612
