大學不想念了，沒大學畢業想考警察

小弟今年26了，役畢也功做一段時間，重回大學絕得還是不是念書的料，不知道想報考警察的話，有什麼條件呢？還有要考什麼科目呢？

查網上資料好像得先考過初等考試，才能報一般警察特考？
回答越詳細越好，有經驗更棒，煩請附網址供查詢
