統測加權後成績佔70%+高中職在校成績佔30%，另有畢業年資加分、證照加分及特種身分考生加分。

統一入學測驗成績加權後總成績=【共同科目(一)成績】+【共同科目(二)成績】+【專業

科目(一)成績 × 2】+【專業科目(二)成績 × 2】。

證照=【專業科目(一)成績 × 2】+【專業科目(二)成績 × 2】*證照
