菲開三百槍？屏檢：媒體臆測

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣4日電）有報載稱菲律賓公務船向廣大興28號漁船開了300多槍。屏東地檢署今天發出新聞稿澄清指出，是「媒體臆測或誇大不實」。

有報載今天披露屏東地檢署調查菲國攻擊廣大興28號漁船案，查出菲方共開了300槍。

屏東地檢署發布新聞稿澄清指出，相關報導全都是媒體的臆測或誇大不實，絕非屏檢及參與調查的小組成員所發布的消息。

屏東地檢署希望媒體不要無端猜測，以免影響廣大興28號漁船調查後續的進行。

屏東地檢署表示，檢察官調查確認的是廣大興28號漁船遭菲方開槍射擊的射入彈孔有45處，至於菲方人員實際射擊的數目，仍待台灣及菲律賓調查單位的結果匯整，才能判斷。台灣與菲律賓在司法互助文書上簽有保密約定，目前暫不便對外說明檢察官調查的結果。1020604
