關於商標權的問題?請問這樣子算侵害商標權嗎?

各位大大您好 我有個商標權的問題想提問

A知道新加坡B公司生產XX原子筆
也知道C公司於8年前取得台灣政府的輸入許可 並且在台灣有正式的中文名稱
而C公司也有向經濟部智財局申請商標註冊 取得商標專用權

但之後A沒有經權利人的同意 由另一個國家進口XX原子筆5萬隻
並販賣給台灣各地的文具店以及書店

請問這樣A算不算侵害商標權?

(ps.請不要直接貼法律條文 因為不太懂這相關規定所以才上來提問的 感謝~~)
